It's ethical to act on information learned from nonverbal cues and communication. Period.
If desired I can verbalize those into words for transparency for stakeholders if I feel like it.
But that's optional.
Moving on.
Now, I go ahead and act on information gleaned from nonverbal cues, as needed, ongoing.
