“Within Driving Distance”: LLCs and Bookkeeping Season 1 Episode 10
Mission is to make thrive local families.
By helping about 3,000 local family businesses within driving distance with their bookkeeping.
And by helping about 1,500 local family-minded bookkeeper contractors within driving distance of Acton MA to practice bookkeeping.
By networking and connecting local businesses with local bookkeepers.
By reporting and blogging on topics and on businesses and on people in this ecosystem.
And by researching and podcasting and interviewing, in this local ecosystem.
So initially blog and podcast about how to do bookkeeping in general. And research on what local companies are looking for bookkeepers and what local bookkeepers are looking for companies. And what they saying and doing about this.
Book reviews on these topics. At the same time interviewing local family businesses people, about what challenges they see in bookkeeping. And interview local bookkeepers to see what challenges they have practicing bookkeeping.
Or simply ask each to tell me a story about bookkeeping.
And so as the weeks go by build a series of blog posts, podcast episodes, interviews, reports, etc. etc. that are very relevant to the local family business bookkeeping ecosystem.
And so start to have any of the following as well:
newsletter, job board, meetup/ membership-meetings, barcamp/conference, self-published book, and more.
This could become a full blown marketing operation with sponsors and/or advertisers and/or membership subscribers.
In any case it is a professional-networking excersice.
But in either case, envisioned it will inspire and enrich the local family business bookkeeper ecosystem, and create networking and connecting opportunities for some people.
In conclusion, the mission is to within driving distance, make families thrive via connecting folks around local family business ecosystem.
